Nylon sheathed wire and cable than ordinary PVC insulated wire and cable with better electrical and physical properties: nylon sheathed wire and cable with better heat resistance, operating at high temperatures with small weight loss characteristics, can improve the wire transient thermal overload resistance, can slow down or reduce the escape or migration of PVC components. Nylon sheathed wire and cable is characterized by corrosion resistance and self-lubrication and oil resistance. Compared with the same cross-section of PVC insulated wire and cable, nylon sheathed wire and cable has a small outer diameter, light weight, static friction coefficient is small and corrosion resistance, etc., which can improve the safety and applicability of laying. Nylon sheathed cables are rated at 450/750V and are widely used in household appliances, aerospace systems, construction and lighting. The long-term working temperature of the cable is 90 degree or 75 degree , the temperature of laying should not be lower than 0 degree , and the bending radius should not be less than 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
